This wine is made by Martina and Leonardo. They are located in Oriolo, in the heart of the Romagna hills. For them, producing wine is an agricultural act and a form of respect for their territory. It’s a rosé wine from Ciliegiolo grapes and other native varieties grown on clayey and sandy soils. The grapes are partly pressed immediately and partly after a short maceration, the must is then vinified in steel with spontaneous fermentation, followed by a six-month refinement in concrete tanks. Unfiltered, non clarified wine.
Wine features:
A fresh and joyful rosé wine, but with character. An Italian-style rosato, intense in color, true by tradition.
