Preorder
When will I receive my order?
Preorders will be shipped starting from May 14th and will be delivered after May 18th.
Can I modify or cancel my preorder?
Yes, you’ll be able to do modify/cancel your order by May 12th by going on your order’s status

Where can I see the progress of my order?/what can I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
You can check the estimated time of delivery of your order in the shipping email confirmation, or you can sign-in into your personal dashboard and in the “order” section you’ll be able to trace the order’s journey to your footstep.
Once shipped, delivery of your order is expected between 24 and 72 hours. If your order doesn’t arrive within the estimated timing, we suggest you send us an email at logistics@uainbag.com and we’ll do our best to solve the problem.
How long does Uain last for?
Between 6 and 12 months, please note that Uain wines should be stored in a cool place, away from heat.
How do you make your wines?
Uain wine-artisans follow strict standards in the vineyard, the cellar and when filling the bags, in order to guarantee to our “uainers” authentic wines that respect the environment. Each wine is carefully handled by our team who guarantees its quality.
Are the bags safe? Can they break?
Our bags are made from break-proof material, specific for wine preservation. There’s no risk of contamination.

Once opened how long does Uain stay good for?
Once opened our wines can last for up to 30 days.
Can Uain be filled by hand?
Absolutely not. The filling phase follows strict standards that guarantee its long shelf life.
Can the wine be contaminated by the bag’s material?
The bags are made from material specific for wine preservation. There’s no risk of contamination.

Can I modify or cancel an order?
Once an order has been placed it’s no longer possible to cancel it. If you experienced any trouble during your purchase send us an email at sales@uainbag.com and tell us what happened. We’ll do our best to get back to you asap.
Can I request delivery of an order at a different address than the one I entered?
Write an email to logistics@uainbag.com with the new address. If possible we’ll change it right away.
Financial aspects
Can I ask for an invoice online?
The invoices and receipts are automatically sent to you via email at the moment of your order. If you haven’t received it please write to sales@uainbag.com
