This wine is made by Martina and Leonardo.They are located in Oriolo, in the heart of the Romagna hills. For them, producing wine is an agricultural act and a form of respect for their territory. It’s a white wine made with Trebbiano grapes and other native varieties grown on soils that are rich in clay and sand. The grapes are pressed immediately and the must is vinified in steel with spontaneous fermentation, followed by another six months aging in concrete tanks. Unfiltered, non clarified wine.
The color reminds you of the sun; fresh acidity integrates well with the sweetness of the fruit. A white wine for compulsive drinking.
