This wine is made by Sonia and Benedetta. They are located in Lunigiana, on the border between Liguria and Tuscany, the sea view is guaranteed in this area at the foot of the Apuan Alps. Their goal is to produce wine in a sustainable way, conveying the sea through the bag. It’s a white wine made with grapes of the Ligurian tradition grown on rocky and clayey soils. The grapes are destemmed, crushed and, as per tradition, they remain in maceration for two days until the spontaneous fermentation kicks off; the grapes are then pressed, the wine finishes fermenting in steel, where it refines for about six months. Unfiltered, non clarified wine.
