This wine is made by Martina and Leonardo. They’re located in Oriolo, in the heart of the Romagna hills. For them, producing wine is an agricultural act and a form of respect for their territory. It is a red wine produced from Sangiovese grapes grown on clayey and sandy soils, vinified in steel with spontaneous fermentation, followed by six months aging in concrete tanks. Unfiltered, non clarified wine.
