DOC Piemonte Barbera 2020
This wine is made by Vittorio and Andrea. They are located in the hills of Piemonte near the town of Canale. For them, wine is capturing their land in a sip. It’s a red wine produced from Barbera grapes grown on marly and sandy soils. The grapes are destemmed and pressed, spontaneous fermentation takes place in cement and the wine is aged in the same tank for another six months. Unfiltered, non clarified wine.

A sensual and enveloping wine, where wild berries and plums recall a greedy and pounding drink.
