All the content featured or displayed on the Site, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, photographs, images, moving images, sound, illustrations and software (“Content”), is owned by Uain S.r.l., its licensors and/or its content providers. All elements of the Site including, but not limited to, the general design and the content, are protected by trade dress, copyright, moral rights, trademark and other laws relating to intellectual property rights.

Except as explicitly permitted under this or another agreement with Uain S.r.l., no portion or element of the Site or its Content may be copied or retransmitted via any means and the Site, its Content and all related rights shall remain the exclusive property of Uain S.r.l. or its licensors unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Warranty

Uain promises to replace products if they are damaged or unusable at purchase. Please note that this warranty covers only manufacturing defects of the product.

Worn parts, dents, scratches and chipped paint are not cause of replacement and will not be recognized as covered by the warranty, as they come from ordinary use of the product. Intentional damage to and misuse of the product can invalidate the warranty.

Shipment across Italy

Shipping costs will appear during the checkout process. The parcel will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping location. Usually, it takes from 24 to 72 hours to deliver.

International shipping

Shipping costs will appear during the checkout process. The parcel will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days from the payment’s verification. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping location; once shipped, the parcel takes from 48 to 72 hours to be delivered.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

When ordering on www.uainbag.com, the customer is responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. The recipient is the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees applied by the country of destination. Uain has no control over these charges, nor can Uain predict what they may be. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled exclusively by the recipient.

Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

If the recipient refuses to pay for customs duties, avoiding the delivery of the order, Uain will arrange a partial refund that will never include shipping fees (even if originally offered by Uain) and any other additional charge applied by the country of destination.

Preorder Policy

This preorder is a promotion valid from April 23rd until May 14th 2021.
The discount applied is 20% on the total amount of your order. No shipping costs will be charged.
All preorders will be shipped starting from May 14th and will be delivered after May 18th.

Changes to your order or cancellation of your order will be possible by May 12th 2021 by going on your order’s status.
