Uain’s story on Millionaire!

Finally you can discover who is behind Uain: Maria Sole, Andrea e Andrea

We are three associates in our thirties, we had a dream, to produce a wine, naturally good, to be drunk every day and that wouldn’t go bad fast once opened.
We got to know each other at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo. Once we got our degree we took different paths in the wine business.

UAIN is born cause we were fed up to be “forced” to finish a bottle once opened. We wanted to have the chance to have just one single glass of a good wine without feeling guilty to have opened a bottle or in a hurry to finish it in two, three days before could turned bad.

So that’s how our journey began, we wanted to produce the best Italian wine in a bag, easy, isn’t it?
Well, we will not stop in front of any difficulties, we are very confident to the quality of what we do and the work of our artisanal wine producers.

We want to tell an authentic story, that speaks about Italian viticulture, traditions and artisanal work trough the simple act of an new way of getting our every day glass pleasure.
