Simply the best Italian wine in Bag!

That wasn’t indeed easy to do, it took us two years! But here we are…To do this we wanted to have the control on the full production chain. We started our journey by knocking at friend’s doors, artisanal producers, that we’ve known since years thanks to other working experiences in wine business. 

UAIN’s producers are people who respect the natural rhythm of the vines, they don’t use chemicals in vineyards or at the cellar and they produce authentic wines which reflect the terroir and the people behind it. 

We had a clear idea in mind: “Simply the best Italian wine in Bag!” and we wouldn’t settle for it at any other compromise.

You have to know that, most of the bag’s wines, are produced by using the “waste” taken from the vineyards or from the cellar. Producer never look at producing a great wine for bag purpose, at the contrary, they try to make extra margin out of it. 

UAIN’s bags are produced from the beginning with an other vision: they are produced from damm good hand picked grapes, vinified without additives, a part a small touch of suphites, and they are not clarified or filtered. UAIN’s bags are taken care by our artisans experience: Vittoria and Andrea, Sonia and Benedetta, Leonardo and Martina. They know how to make damm good tasty wines. Together we worked hard to achieved our goal: produce the best Italian wine in bag, naturally good. 

There were no other paths to follow than caring precisely to every step of the production, from the vineyard to the bottling (ops!), but even more! The best way to stock it at a controlled temperature for most of the time and the best way to deliver it to you! 

This was mostly what we had to do, to serve you, simply the best Italian wine in Bag!
